7-Day Exchange Window
We offer an easy 7-day return and exchange policy from the exact date your parcel is delivered. If 7 days have passed since delivery, we cannot offer an exchange or replacement.
Eligibility Conditions for Returns and Exchanges
To qualify for a valid exchange under our return and exchange policy, items must meet the following criteria:
- Unstitched Suits: Fabric must remain uncut, unwashed, and neatly folded inside the original plastic flyer and brand packaging.
- Perfumes: Bottles must remain unopened, unused, and sealed in their original box.
- All original tags, promotional inserts, and invoice slips must be returned intact.
- Items purchased during clearance or flash sales cannot be exchanged unless received in a damaged condition.
Damaged or Defective Parcels
If you receive a defective suit or the incorrect fragrance, please inform our support team within 48 hours of parcel receipt with clear unboxing images or videos. We will dispatch a free replacement immediately.
How to Initiate an Exchange
- Send a message to our WhatsApp support (+92 318 1999064) with your Order ID and photos of the product.
- Upon approval from our support team, pack the items securely in their original packaging.
- Dispatch the parcel to our Faisalabad warehouse address via any traceable courier service.
- Once received and inspected, your replacement parcel will be dispatched within 2 to 3 working days.
Refund Policy Details
Refunds are only granted if the ordered design is entirely out of stock and cannot be replaced with an alternative. Approved refunds are processed via Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa within 3 to 5 business days.
