2. Delivery Timelines Across Pakistan
- Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad): 2 to 3 working days.
- Other Cities & Remote Areas: 4 to 5 working days.
3. Shipping Charges
- 100% Free Nationwide Delivery: We offer completely free shipping on all orders across Pakistan with no minimum order requirements.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Payment
- We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services across Pakistan through trusted courier partners (TCS, Leopard, Trax, M&P).
- Please ensure you keep the exact cash amount ready at the time of delivery.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your parcel is dispatched, we will share an automated tracking number with you via SMS and WhatsApp. You can track the real-time status on our Track Your Order page or directly on the courier partner’s portal.
6. Damaged or Tampered Parcels
- Please do not accept any parcel if the external packaging is torn or visibly tampered with. If received in damaged condition, notify us within 24 hours.
